Skillfully hand-stitched from a single piece of dyed through 3.2 veg tan leather.

Saddle stitched for maximum strength.

Robust stitching holds an extra layer of leather (the welt), to prevent the cutting edge cutting the thread.

The edges have been burnished and the faces finished with a good leather dressing.

Top loading, and closes with a single snap fastener.

This premium quality axe sheath should last for many years if kept clean and treated from time to time with a good quality leather dressing.
