Replacement Handle Council Tool Double-Bit Axe is made in the USA.

Genuine replacement for the Council Tool Double-Bit Axe

Made from American Hickory it is approx. 35 1/2" (900mm) long with a palm swell.  The 'eye-wood' measures approx. 70mm x 15mm.

The handle comes supplied from Council Tool with a 72mm long plastic wedge (in the past they have been metal). However, if you would prefer a Woodsmith wooden wedge with a small steel wedge just let us know.

Comes pre-sawn with a kerf and finished with clear varnish.
