Note on price increase: Hermes have discontinued production of this film with adhesive backing. We rate this product so highly that we now purchase it in large rolls and work with a local adhesive company to apply the backing ourselves. This added process has increased the cost per roll (currently, only the 360 grit is available with the new adhesive), but the upside is that the adhesive is significantly stronger than the original!

Product Details:

• Roll dimensions: 2.5 meters (8' 2 1/2") long x 100mm (4") wide. 
• Easy to use: Simply cut, peel, and stick to a flat surface for renewed cutting efficiency.
• Compatible with very flat surfaces like float glass or granite, as well as planed hardwood or MDF.
• Same film as used in the Woodwright Sharpening Set, ideal for beginning with abrasive paper sharpening.
• Available grits: 360, 600, 1200, 2500, and a 3-grit set (600g, 1200g, 2500g). PLEASE NOTE: previously the 3 grit set incl. p360, but due to customer requests we've changed this to 600g.
• Recommended to lubricate with water to prevent glazing.
• Constructed from durable and uniform Aluminium Oxide resin-bonded abrasive film. Much more consistent results than using regular wet and dry paper, and doesn't tear or rip easily.

• 300mm x 100mm of each available grit: 360, 600, 1200 and 2500.
• For people who have used the Woodwright Sharpening Kit; this means each 300mm x 100mm will fit your perspex blocks (150mm x 50mm) four times. A great option if you need to top up.
