Use to remove most of the deeper tool marks left by gouges with bigger sweeps that are best suited for quick removal of wood. Normally used with a controlled pushing action.

Product details:

• Overall length 305mm (12"), with a 150mm (6") beech handle.

• The 38mm (1 1/2") cutting edge is ground to approx. 25 degrees, with a shallow no. 5 sweep.

• Alongee pattern, i.e. blade tapers all the way from the shoulder to the cutting edge.
