Kay Embretsen Carving Knife Blades - exquisite hand-forged knife blades designed for carving. These are blade only and you will need to make your own handle.

Five blade lengths available and one chip carving blade (please select from the drop-down box):

• 50mm x 15mm x 2mm approx.
• 60mm x 15mm x 2mm approx.
• 70mm x 16mm x 2mm approx.
• 80mm x 16mm x 2mm approx.
• 90mm x 16mm x 2mm approx.
• 25mm x 10mm x 1.5mm approx (chip-carving)

Blades hand-forged from laminated steel. Shaped specifically to be used for wood carving.

The long bevels come slightly hollow grind so easy to hone when required. However, from new, these knife blades are razor sharp and ready to fit with a handle of your own design.

These Kay Embretsen Carving Knife Blades come Brut de Forge with a flat tang approx. 90mm long. 

The Chip Carving blade is not Brut de Forge but polished.
