These bowl centres are expertly crafted for bowl lathes, for securing the bowl and mandrel as you turn. They are made from a 16mm diameter round bar with 60-degree angles at both points. The ends are squared to ensure they lock securely into the lathe head, preventing any unwanted rotation during use. The set includes two pieces: a straight bar and bent bar.

Product details:

• Bar diameter: 16mm
• 60 degree point on both bars (point approx 15mm length)
• Bent bar: 14cm from top of bend to the square end, 10cm from side of bend to the point 
• Straight bar: 10cm total incl. point, 3cm square end to avoid rotation 
• These centres are hand forged, therefore measurements listed above may vary slightly within a few mm tolerance
