Shinwa Miter Rule 45° / 90°
A beautifully made stainless steel layout tool from Shinwa, ideal for accurate and efficient marking and inspection work in carpentry, joinery, and general woodworking.
This handy miter rule allows you to easily mark or check both 45° and 90° angles, with clearly cut windows for drawing lines from either side. The smart layout allows for mirrored markings, making it perfect for layout symmetry and framing work.
The slim, flat foot is exactly 5mm thick - which also makes it useful for measuring small gaps or depths. With laser-etched metric graduations on both the vertical and angled edges, the miter rule can also be used as a quick gauge for setting heights or spacing.
A practical, well-made tool that combines the functionality of a miter square and try square into one lightweight, portable design.
Features:
- Mark or check both 45° and 90° angles with precision
- Stainless steel body for durability and corrosion resistance
- Cut-outs allow mirrored angle marking from both left and right sides
- Laser-etched metric scale in centimetres
- Foot thickness: 5mm – useful for measuring gaps or depths
- Lightweight, slim and ideal for portable layout work
