The Morris HEAVY Slasher is a robust, traditional pattern tool designed to cut overgrown vegetation. Hand-forged in the UK.

Includes a ready-to-use WOODSMITH sharpened edge and a custom leather sheath.

Like all Morris tools the cutting bevels are long without shoulders and ground to about 20 degrees.

Perfect for young woody stems and for hedgerow management.

The cutting edge is slightly curved, but not hooked about 230mm (9") long.

Made from forged EN9 Medium carbon steel for good edge retention.

The robust oval handle is riveted into the blades welded socket. 890mm (35") long.
