Although originally developed for cutting roofing felt and carpeting, the razor-sharp, curved blade lends itself perfectly to basketry work. It makes light work of cutting rods to length, trimming and tapering ends, and preparing material for weaving. The fine point can also be used for pricking up and carrying out other detailed tasks.

The blade is forged from recycled Swedish stainless steel (12C27), which offers excellent edge retention while resisting rust and staining. Its pronounced curve provides a natural cutting action, allowing clean, controlled cuts with minimal effort.

The handle is crafted from birch and features a comfortable ergonomic shape with an integrated finger guard, giving excellent control during prolonged use. A robust polymer edge protector is also included.
