DMT DiaSharp WHETSTONE 6x2 is a continuous diamond surface solid steel plate with all-over nickel plating.

A heavier stone and very flat, use to sharpen most tools, axes, chisels, knives, plane irons, turning tools.

Includes a Woodsmith suede leather storage pouch/honing leather.

Will always maintain flatness throughout its life.

Available in 4 versions:

• extra fine: 1200 mesh, restores an edge to a well maintained tool
• fine grit : 600 mesh, restores a dulled edge.
• coarse: 325 mesh, good to restore an edge with minor damage
• extra coarse; 220 mesh, aggressive metal removal to deal with dings.
