Made in Sweden, the Small Viking Axe Game – Deluxe Box Set is a fun and portable take on traditional axe throwing. Designed by Paul Alford, formerly a Master Axe Smith at Gränsfors Bruk, the game draws on his background in both darts and Swedish axe throwing. A distinctive and well-made gift, it can be enjoyed in a wide range of settings.

Each axe features a 130 mm shaft and a compact head measuring approximately 55 mm at its widest point, with a head weight of around 40 g, giving a lightweight, well-balanced feel for controlled throwing.

These are properly made axes, forged by an experienced professional. It is essential that the instruction manual is read carefully before use (the English section begins on page 11) and that all usage guidance is followed correctly. Proper setup and technique are important for both safety and performance.

This exclusive box set includes all the features of the Standard Box Set, but is supplied in a sturdy wooden storage box, offering improved protection and presentation.

The set includes a target supplied with a hanging string. The target must be soaked before use to ensure proper performance.
