The Brusletto Spikkekniven is a great carving knife with a 65mm (2 1/2") carbon blade.

The bevels are very slightly concave. Comes sharp but would benefit from a final hone.

The well-shaped handle in lightly oiled birch is quite slim but should be suitable for most adults and older children.

The thick, one-piece black leather sheath features a wide belt loop and a plastic insert
